Malden Maddogs Get First ICL Win in Lexington
| Ethan Harris’ solo homer in the top of the eighth inning produced the winning run when the Malden Maddogs won their first ICL game in a 3-2 extra-innings win over the Blie Sox in Lexington. It was the only game on Friday’s schedule.
Pete Maltzen’s two RBI single in the first inning gave the Maddogs an early 2-0 lead. Joe Klingensmith (1-0) picked up the win while Nick Godfroy (0-1) was tagged with the loss. There are no games scheduled on Saturday. |
