Julian Alvarez (double) and Nick Anderson (homer) each had three RBI’s for the Sox. Byron Woodman knocked in three runs for the Chiefs. Draper struck out nine……

Joe Bova and Byron Woodman had a couple of RBI’s each for the Chiefs….The Melrose Americans scored three times in the bottom of the sixth to turn back Triple D’s/TJO’s at Morelli Field 3-1. Tyler Nelson (3-1) struck out seven to gain the complete game win. Daniel Ferris had a two RBI triple for the Americans…..Connor Nairus (2-2) tossed four shutout innings when the Stoneham Sabers blanked the Palmer Club 11-0 at Fallon Field. Austin Brune had three RBi’s for Sroneham…..At Cleveland Circle, the Brighton Braves doubled up the Malden Maddogs 6-3……
Brian Capodilupo (1-0) struck out seven in five innings and allowed just two hits to lead the Melrose Americans to a 3-1 victory over Mass Envelope/GM at Fallon Field in Roslindale in the only game played on Friday night. Tad Giardina and Tyler Normandie had RBI’s for Melrose in the win. Will Trach worked the final two frames to pick up his first save of the year.

The Lexington Blue Sox got four strong innings from Brady Andrews (1-0) to turn back the Boston Blue Jays 3-1 at Town Field. Logan Our drove in two of the Blue Sox runs and Ryan Grundy had a solo homer. Andrews struck out nine.
